Claudia practises in various areas of civil defence
litigation, with a focus on professional liability and
directors’ and officers’ liability. She has appeared
before all levels of court in Ontario and before the
Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario.
Claudia joined Forbes Chochla LLP as an articling
student in 2006 and returned to the firm following her
call to the Bar in June 2007.
Prior to joining Forbes Chochla LLP, Claudia obtained
a B.A. in Political Science from McGill University, where
she graduated with distinction. She later obtained her law
degree from the University of Western Ontario, during which
time she also received intensive training in mediation and
negotiation from the Stitt Feld Handy Group.
Claudia is fluent in French and also studied juridical
French.
She is a member of the Canadian and Ontario Bar Associations
and The Advocates' Society, and has authored several articles
for the Ontario Bar Association.
