We represent several municipal and regional governments and their agencies, educational facilities, and recreational and conservation authorities. Some of the matters in which we have been and continue to be involved concern occupiers' liability and other bodily injury cases, environmental actions, subrogated losses, and lawsuits involving employment-related issues. We have tried cases at the various levels of court in Ontario. Our lawyers have been involved in appeals of issues of business and financial importance to our clients at the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.
