Helga joined the firm in 2004.
Helga has worked exclusively in the area of civil litigation for over 10 years. She works in the area of insurance defence with a focus on personal injury. She assists counsel in all aspects of the litigation practice, including liaising with clients, experts, investigators and assisting with discoveries, mediation and trial preparation. She is highly skilled in managing document intensive files. Helga is proficient in litigation-specific software applications including Summation and is fluent in Spanish.
Helga is an Associate member of The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario (ILCO) and currently serves on its Board of Directors.
Additionally, she completed ILCO’s fellowship course in eDiscovery and Computer Forensics (2007) and is currently a Board member of Women in eDiscovery, Toronto Chapter.
