We recognize that time is money.

We concentrate on closing files promptly, rather than prolonging proceedings if they are not in our clients’ best interests. While we prepare every case as though it will go to trial, we take other routes when they will lead to a beneficial outcome for our clients.

We’ll go to alternative dispute resolution when that offers the best solution; we’ll settle when that saves our client the expense and risk of a trial, but we will never avoid going to trial when that will serve our clients’ needs best.

We also use technology wisely.

We’re able to manage complex class actions or accident reconstructions using the latest hardware and software. When class actions cross jurisdictional and even national boundaries, use of technology is vital to the efficiency and accuracy of the process. We can handle files electronically, speeding up the work with e-mail communications.

But we don’t hide behind technology, either. There are times when there’s just no substitute for a meeting, or times when picking up the phone moves matters forward far more than endless e-mail exchanges.
